Digital Research Creativity Fund open for 2025/26!

The Digital Research Creativity Fund [UoL login required] is now open for applications for 2025-26. We are running two schemes, open to University of Leeds Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures research staff, this year: Digital Kickstarter (up to £500; rolling deadline) and Digital Accelerator (up to £1000; deadline 20 November 2025 at 14:00).

We are keen to support methodological innovation and critical and creative engagements with digital cultural collections, archives, and research data. This funding can support ideation, experimentation and ‘proof of concept’ for ideas that may develop into funded research or commercial opportunities. In the next few weeks, we will be featuring some projects on our website that were funded under these schemes last year. Our first post on these is now live.

Please note eligibility and other requirements have changed from last year, so please read the guidance notes carefully before applying. This fund is aimed at research staff in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures, but we are open to collaborative projects across the University of Leeds that include researchers from AHC.
