Doing a research project that requires text and data-mining work? Need to incorporate the use of digital tools and research methodologies in your project?
Join Carolyn Beckford, Gale product trainer, in the Digital Creativity and Cultures Hub on Thursday, December 12th from 11:30-2:30pm to get hands-on with the Gale Digital Scholar Lab. Learn how this integrated cloud-based platform can support upload of your own .csv or .txt files, content set creation, textual cleaning and analysis, visualisation and statistical data output.
Bring your research project and get help accessing your primary source content and finding support in the Learning Center for your research projects. The lab can support exploration, investigation, critical thinking in research analysis, answer complex research questions or help to develop inferences about your research.
The session is running on a drop-in basis, with two opportunities to attend an introduction session and time for drop-in consultations. No need to book – just turn up.
